AlphaSmith, Inc. [legal entity TBD] is committed to ensuring that the AlphaSmith platform is usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Effective date: April 17, 2026.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. Our goal is that anyone can manage portfolios, read analytics, and take action regardless of how they navigate the web.

What we do

• Keyboard navigation for all interactive controls.
• Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, headings, and labels to support screen readers.
• Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA, with a dark theme tuned for readability.
• Text alternatives for icons and informational graphics where meaningful.
• Resizable text and flexible layouts down to 320px widths.
• Focus indicators that are clearly visible.

Known limitations

We are actively improving the following areas and welcome your feedback:

• Complex interactive charts (candlesticks, 3D volatility surface) may not yet be fully readable by screen readers; data tables are provided as an alternative where available. [TBD: full equivalent tables across all chart surfaces.]
• Some third-party embeds (for example, Stripe checkout) are governed by their own accessibility conformance.
• Certain dense analytics pages are being refactored to improve heading structure and landmark navigation.

Alternative formats

If you need information from the Services in an alternative format, or if you cannot complete a task due to an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the task.

Reporting a barrier

To report an accessibility issue or request assistance, email support@alphasmith.ai. Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology you are using (if any). We aim to respond within five business days.

Ongoing review

We periodically test the Services with automated tools, manual keyboard traversal, and screen-reader walkthroughs. Accessibility reviews are part of our feature-release checklist.
